Digital Products (Ebooks)

All sales of digital products are final. Because our ebooks are digital content delivered electronically, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU once the file has been delivered and accessed.

By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the file has been delivered and accessed.

Pre-orders: If you have placed a pre-order for an ebook that has not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation before delivery by contacting us at leveland@grimcatpress.com. Once the ebook has been delivered and accessed, no refunds or cancellations can be issued.
